Thanks Rich for posting this....the bonus was that there was a delay when going back up. The video is a little choppy but it does have a smooth up and down motion....or maybe its just my old laptop....

Great Job Jeff. Creep in a Can looks awesome. I've always wanted to explore a cam drive for a prop. There's a lot of different motions you can achieve using cams. My Coffin Creep could use this mechanism, especially now that I know how slow a wiper motor can go at 3.3V.

Perhaps one day you can take the GC express and visit for an afternoon. Glad to see you posting in here.

Not a bit of Halloween-ing going on here. I've been in full court press doing my basement stairwell makeover. Sheetrock's up, spackled, and primed. Tomorrow I put the paint on, put up the molding, and hopefully be done with it.

Of course, I have the contractor coming tomorrow as well who's (finally) going to rip out my front steps. Good thing I installed a new back door that's actually usable.

Once all that's freakin' done, THEN I can clear out my work area and my gay-rahge so I'll have a clean place to actually do Halloweening again. Until then, though, not too much. But, I'll have an entirely refreshed/remodeled home so I guess some good came out of it even if I haven't been building any props (we got all new furniture too, but I'm not allowed to sit on it...I sort of have to hover above the seat cushions).

Oh, and have we chosen a June date yet? I know we were tentatively talking the 23rd, just not sure if that's the settled date. I'm thinking my house should be back in order by then.

Yeah those stairs better look awesome these guys seems to be giving you a hard time....you should definitely sit out in a lawn chair with ice cold beer and just watch them work...workers hate when people watch and hover..lol

Like I said I am good for June 23rd or whatever the later date was. Greg can we set this date is stone?

As far as a project. I'm rather relieved we're having a Free for all "Run what ya brung" kinda day. I'd love to just hang, carve foam, and breathe toxic fumes and imbibe the local poisen., and have some good conversation with good friends.

Fortunately you won't have to wait long...considering it will be a sausage-fest again with your Dad tagging along this time, I guess I'll go with the hot since it's the closest we'll be getting to hottie's without Annette around.

Ok Ill just get a mix of both hot and sweet sausage so everyones happy.

p.s. I think Rich should screen print some Hookerman baseball caps to keep the sun out of our eyes this summer....
