I got a four foot inflatable black widow recently at Garden Ridge. I decided to try to spin a web. It turned out better than I dreamed. It is over 10 feet accross an about 8 feet high. made of twine. and anchored with the twisting anchors that came with the spider.
To get perspective, that is a blucky in the left hand corner.
I have enjoyed this year more than any other. I tried the web and it just took off. Thanks for the nice words. Loods like Trick or Treat will be a wash out. You all may be the only ones to see my efforts.
I found this link with great instructions, I wish I had seen it before. http://www.instructables.com/id/Halloween_spiderweb/
