Greetings all -
I hadn't been around in a while. Life happens.
Here’s my new youtube channel “yardhaunt2000” for “Relatively-simple DIY Halloween Yard Haunt Fog chiller construction, Prop building, Store-bought prop demos, Display setups, Techniques, Hacks, Tests & Examples.”
http://www.youtube.com/yardhaunt2000
From the Channel description:
"These videos are meant to inspire the beginner Halloween Yard Haunter to discover their own prop building techniques on a basic-to-intermediate level. There's no pneumatic props nor advanced electronic animated displays, DMX or advanced lighting setups in these videos.
Visit both hauntforum.com and halloweenforum.com which inspired me to develop my own prop building techniques that resulted in these videos. My old user ID is 'Fright Zone'.
I don't participate on the Internet forums nor build props these days. I don't have time. These videos are for archival purposes. All of the info is still relevant.
I have no plans to upload new videos.
Video Quality Note: The video is low-resolution iPod Standard Quality video that was originally uploaded on my old Channel prior to youtube offering HQ resolution."
I don’t have time nor the storage space to develop new props. Maybe again in the future! Thanks to so many people here for inspiration and sharing examples, techniques and ideas the past couple years. This is the least I can do to give back to the haunt community and especially Zombie-F and everyone here at hauntforum.com.
These videos used to be part of my ‘Marinox420’ Channel which I’m deleting as I break it up into three new Channels focused on specific subject matter.
I did upload one brand new video "HQ Prop Noisemaker Paint Can with Hardware Halloween Yard Haunt" I had trouble getting the washers out of the paint can. I didn't edit that out. It's kind of comical.
Regards & Happy Haunting!
