Great day today..! Some witch jars, monster mud, tombstone carving/painting, and 3 new members. I wish I took more pics. I got some video that I will post later. Also a big thanks to Da Weiner..! She was sick today but came by in the morning before we all got there and drop off the jars we needed to do the witch jars prop..! If she did not do that it would of been a short day. Thank You and we all miss you today..!

The Black Lab prop was a joint creation of the Jersey Devil M&T group. Parts list and instructions to follow

It was a great 2nd meeting. We worked on witch jars, played with monster mud and worked on tombstones. All of use made witch jars to start, then we proceeded to monster mud (MM).

To start simple, we took a piece of cloth, soaked it in MM, then placed it on an existing cross tombstone I had. Newcomer Nancy then used the MM to paint and texture another tombstone. Both tombstones turned out really cool (I will post pics soon). We can see why some people use MM to paint/cover their tombstones.

The 2 tombstone pics Devil posted are of Madam Boo-regard's tombstones. They are the 1st Halloween tombstone she every made and they turned out great. Later in the evening Madam and I helped Weeping Angel start to make her 1st tombstone. She carved, engraved and weathered it so far. It is looking good.

Thanks go out to Devil taking pics/movies and to newcomers John (8 nightmare) & Nancy for getting the big stirring attachment & drill to mix the monster mud.

Very special thanks go out to Da Weiner for going above and beyond the call of duty for bringing the mason jars when she was so ill. Best wishes to Da Weiner/Phyllis for a speedy recovery

Lastly thanks to all who came/supported/made this meeting a success.

Just posted a link to a cool method for corpsing over under are social group (Jersey Devil Make and Take). Take a look and also join if not a member yet.

Thought we could use social group to post links for props, events, techniques we develop, vlogs/blogs we have and stuff.

That way we can keep forum for meetings and meeting pics/result threads
