Congratulations Jay! welcome to home ownership - I recommend that you buy these two books they will save you a ton of money.



There are others in the series but these are the two I use most often.

Congrats Jay. You couldn't have bought a home at a better time. Not only will you have a wonderful place to raise your new Tot, You will see some serious appreciation in the years to come. I can't wait to see what you do for halloween ( if you have time LOL)

Thanks all! Yeah there really isnt enough time especially with our ToT coming this May but we got a great head start this weekend. Hopefully in the next month or two we will be decently settled. Plenty that I plan to do though and I cant wait for Halloween. Its a great setup for make and takes so I do hope to host a few in the future gotta get the tot into halloween asap! Already have a few skeletins hanging in the garage lol!

Ken,

Did you have any luck with finding other possible vendors? I could look around more too. That one place happened to be my first stop and laziness set in and I didn't look anywhere else. I might be able to find others that don't deal with stupid metric measurements.

Very cool...... Now on the hunt for Pattern paper. Might be able to get large sheets of paper card stock from work.

Oh I would love to get the pattern for the wood pile skeleton and the skeleton rising. I didn't think I would consider putting up a wood cut out because they usually are too cutesy, but these are really cool!
