Your Final Warning:
Put down your pencils, close the test booklet and pass it forward!

Deadline:
NOW!
Get it all together and in the mail, sent via email, or submitted thru the ftp.
TODAY is January 12th - THE LAST DAY to submit materials for the HauntVids team to edit for you.


Caveat:
Today will be the final day to submit any pics or videos to be edited by the HauntVids Team.
After today only finished videos will be accepted!!!!
The absolute deadline for all COMPLETED videos at January 28th.


Details:
Chris MUST be notified today if you will submit a finished video between today and the 28th.
If you have already contacted Chris and not sent in your video, update your status with him TODAY.
Email him at p8balls@hauntvids.com .

We will accept your COMPLETED VIDEOS (approx. 5 minute limit) right up until Chris is ready to produce the sets.
He has about two weeks of editing to do before that happens.

While Chris is editing I will be reviewing FTP'd files for integrity, and notify anyone who has had a bad upload.

There are some 80 entry's so far (3 more just yesterday) which is far more than expected.
We plan to take orders February 5th or there abouts.
We will confirm and provide the pertinent information then, how that will happen.


Reminder:
We are planning to dead-icate the set to a few of our haunter eternal friends.
If you have any pictures & video clips with Wanda Neal aka Wicked Wanda and the haunt, send them in post haste!
We will put together a tasteful montage.


Redux:
Again, if you have gatherings and trade show pictures, send them in.

Roadkill is gearing up the Haunters Choice Awards (HCA) to be huge this year.
Thank you everybody who has generously donated prizes for the HCA's.
Please contact Roadkill if you would like to add to the awards prize pool.
His very busy life and work schedule has afforded less opportunity to make announcements about Haunters Choice Awards.
He asked us to attach a letter below.

As the deadline is quickly approaching for the Halloween-L & Haunters Everywhere compilation that Chris at www.hauntvids.com is doing, I figured it's a good time to update you on the status of the Haunters Choice Awards.

For the last minute rush and all the changes that have happened, the contest is beginning to take shape.
We have gotten some very generous donations to be used as prizes for the Haunters Choice Awards.
